My Dad was kind of a cheapskate, as evidenced by this homemade Valentine card. He probably forgot it was even Valentine’s Day. This note meant a lot to my Mom though…she kept it, even adding the year. Mom loved cute little mice (not the live kind so much) and this was a page from one of her notepads. My Dad’s first name was William, and his middle name was Gale. His family went by middle names many times, hence the signature of Gale here.
