A Family Builder Association
You may notice a new advert here on iPentimento | Genealogy and History. I was contacted by Familybuilder and asked to be an associate/partner. I have had my DNA (and my brother’s) done, but it wasn’t using Familybuilder. From what I have read of other people’s experiences with them though, they have been very happy with the results and followup resources. Truthfully, very few people know how to decipher the DNA results, and if any company that is offering DNA testing isn’t making it easier to understand, I would think that in the long run they may not last very long.
The reason I opted for the two tests for my family was so I would have some sort of ‘baseline’ for future generations.
What is your take on DNA testing? Why did you do it? Are you planning to do it?
