Maybe because I had mixed memories of living there, or because someone was killed in the house after my parents moved out. We get people driving by our house now that slow and look. I hope they say, "Hey, they're really taking care of the place". :) A few years after our visit to Mom's old house, my brother and his wife went there too, and by some miracle they were allowed in also. By that time though, my mom had contacted the owner, said thank you for letting she and I tour the house, and providing the current owners with old photos. The went to the house we grew up in and they just let him walk around. I have to admit I have been tempted. It just those fond memory's. This is an area that is rather scary enough during the day much less at night and the person just let them in. the asked if someone had died in our family there because they had a ghost problem but we had not. I had a person come up before to me but I did not feel safe about it although they seemed like a very nice couple. Well maybe I made a mistake and should had let them have the fond memories back. I would let anyone who said they lived in this farmstead come and look. It would look completely different I suppose. My brother and mother did that.
