Saturday Night Genealogy Fun on Sunday
Providing that I actually get some genealogy done now and then, this is the hot spot of activity. My messy desk! You can’t see the other end of the room, but there is also a bookshelf filled to capacity. Notice this area also comes with a guard cat to keep away the gene-mousies.
Tools Of The Trade
What’s in this picture? A TV for multi-tasking; a copier, below that is more books and videos along with a postal scale. So much easier than running to the post office. I can pay for postage at home and pop things in the mailbox or ask for a special pickup. Tons of dust disks and the plastic containers contain more genealogy stuff. I have come to rely on the pile-it system you see.
I’m always wanting to clean this area up, but it seems I spend way too much time on Facebook, Twitter and Entrecard sometimes. I missed the Saturday Night Genealogy Fun over at Randy Seaver’s blog because we were out of town, so I’m catching up today. Who else is participating? Check Randy’s blog to see!

Hi – there was a time when all you needed to express yourself was a pad a pen and some stamps!
Off topic, but:
Have you seen the ‘review’ of your site on Tuscson SEO Solutions? (day 81)

@Lidian The upside of having used Entrecard for over a year is that I have found some very interesting blogs and made some good friends. I will continue to visit your blog too.
Thanks Carol for the EC Credits. It seems like all my favorite blogs are leaving EC. I’ve just joined twitter so I should be able to pick you up there!
