Recipe for homemade bread:- wheat flour (1 kg);- dry yeast (14 grams); salt (1 tbsp.); – sugar (1 tsp);- warm water (700 ml);- vegetable oil (1 tbsp). Method of preparation:preheat the Oven to 250°C. sift the Flour through a sieve, add the yeast, salt, sugar, mix well.Grease a deep bowl with vegetable oil, put the dough, cover with a towel and leave for 1-2 hours in a warm place. You can then make a second batch, sprinkle with flour again and put in a warm place.Sprinkle flour on the baking sheet, put on it formed a dough, bake for 10 minutes at 250°C.
