Chili remove seeds and partitions and finely chop. Crush garlic with side of a large knife.⠀4️⃣In a thick-walled saucepan, heat olive oil, fry the garlic for 1-2 minutes, remove.⠀5️⃣In garlic butter, cook the onions, stirring for 2 minutes, add the chili, fry for another minute. Add ginger, fry another minute. Add the carrots, fry for 2-3 minutes.⠀6️⃣Season vegetables with cumin, curry, turmeric, mix well, pour boiling water, add the tomatoes, cook for 5 minutes.⠀7️⃣Pour the lentils, if necessary, add more water ( soup should be thick), add salt and pepper, add cilantro. Cook until the lentils are tender 15 to 20 minutes.
