Potatoes “Boulanger”-French recipe

Such potatoes will win you over with simplicity and extraordinary taste! Ingredients: 1 kg of potatoes 2 heads onion+2-3 cloves garlic+60 g butter+400 ml hot milk+salt and pepper to taste. Preparation: the Potatoes thoroughly wash and peel,then cut into thin slices. Onion cut into thin rings or half rings. Finely chop the garlic or grate on a fine grater.Potatoes season with salt and pepper. Lubricate the form of butter. Put in the form of a layer of potatoes,then a layer of onions and garlic-repeat several times-the top layer should be potato. Pour all of the layers of potatoes with hot milk,the milk should reach the top layer of potatoes but not cover it. The top layer, before baking pour melted butter.Cover the form with foil and bake 40 minutes at 200 degrees. Next, remove the foil,reduce the temperature to 180 degrees and bake another 40 minutes.
