Recipe Korean appetizers of eggplant “Kadi Cha”

Cook Korean caponata “Kadi Cha”✅150g Pork(or your choice)✅Eggplant 3 PCs✅bell pepper 3pcs✅Onion 1 piece✅Garlic 4 cloves✅Salt,spices and soy sauce to taste✅Tomato paste 1 tbsp(I have homemade,I added 2 tbsp)To start with,cut the eggplant into thin strips and cool salt,in order to stack the extra juice(leave for a couple hours)Then cut into thin strips pork,bell phereclus cut into half rings.After the eggplant salty,you need to wash them in water and squeeze well.Heated vegetable oil,about 2-3 tbsp and fry the pork for 5 minutes.Next add the onions and just sauté,add tomato paste.Add the eggplant and bell pepper,stir and over medium heat simmer under lid for about half an hour.After the pepper has become soft throws spices(black pepper,coriander,garlic) stir and pour in the soy sauce.Kadi Cha is ready!
