the RECIPE for a DELICIOUS PEA SOUP WITH POTATOES. HOW TO COOK MEATLESS PEA SOUP.Pea soup turns out very tasty and bright. Fragrant aroma of fresh parsley, soft texture, mashed potatoes, thick pea soup, mmm… that was delicious. Hi friends. Often we see peas on the shelves and not buy it just because it seems to us that it is so difficult to cook. How to cook a delicious pea soup? It’s very easy). And we begin to cook.For the preparation of pea soup we will need:- 1 Cup soaked overnight peas (by the way, during the night it increased in half)- 200 g new potatoes – Carrots 1pc medium size Onion 1 large or medium.- 1pc tomato – Spices, what you like: I have ground dried garlic, cumin, coriander, turmeric and leaves of Shambhala – Bay leaf PREPARATION:1) we boil Potatoes separately in boiling water for 30 minutes.2) To empty the pan we spread our soaked overnight enumerated and washed the peas, add 2 litres of water and bring to a boil. Cook the peas for 20 minutes. Meantime, prepare zazharku.3) Grate the carrots. Finely cut the onion and cut into cubes of tomato. 4) On a heated pan pour 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil, fry onion until transparent, add spices, carrots, stew under the lid for 3-5 minutes, add tomatoes and simmer another couple of minutes on medium heat.5) Immediately after boiling, the peas need to cook it stirring regularly removing the foam. After 20 minutes, pour zazharku in the soup and cook for another 20 minutes on medium heat.6) Then after 20 minutes add crushed boiled potatoes and cook the soup for another 20 minutes under a partially closed lid on small fire.The soup is cooked, the potatoes completely dissolved and gave pea soup creamy light consistency , and the richness of a roast added a special flavor: pieces of carrot, onion and tomatoes decorate by color and unrealistic approach to taste in this hearty meatless pea soup.
